The house

A renovated three-bedroom house for 6 guests, in the heart of Trégastel village, with a sea-view deck facing Ploumanac’h lighthouse and a private hot tub that runs all year.

The house was fully renovated in early 2020 and all the bedding is new. A first deck upstairs looks out over the sea, Costaérès castle and Ploumanac’h lighthouse, facing east for the sunrises. The second, about 80 m², is sheltered from the prevailing winds and is home to the hot tub.

Living room and kitchen

• Large, bright south-facing living room with lounge, dining area and stone wall
• TV, wifi, PS4 console, books, comics, puzzles and board games
• Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, two new fridges with freezer
• Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils

Bedrooms and bathroom

• Sea-view main bedroom with its own balcony
• Second double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe
• Children’s room with bunk bed
• Storage on the landing
• Fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower

Deck and hot tub

• Hot tub with bubbles and jets, privacy blinds and led lighting
• Garden furniture and outdoor dining table
• Plancha grill
• Sea-view deck upstairs, facing Sainte-Anne bay

Ground floor

• Private entrance, separate from the shop
• Toilet, washing machine and beach shower
• Bike garage shared with us (our kayaks are stored there); a second door then gives you complete privacy

Children & pets

• Travel cot, two high chairs, safety gate and corner guards
• Dogs welcome, at no extra cost

Good to know

• Bed linen, towels, cleaning, electricity (normal use), wifi and tourist tax are included. Beach towels can be lent.
• The living room is above a shop: between 10am and 7pm you may hear a few voices or clothes rails being moved.
• From mid-July to mid-August, the terrace of the bar next door can be lively in the evening, especially at weekends, until it closes around 1am. Earplugs are provided. If the slightest noise wakes you up, we would rather you knew before booking.
• The bedrooms are upstairs, so the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
• During French school holidays, minimum stay of 5 to 6 nights depending on the period.
